This trail is surrounded by silence. A silence full of notes that stimulates our perception of the landscape. Feel it. Contemplate, feel the vibe at each step you take. Look at the vines that take on different colours throughout the year and set out to discover the Vineyard Garden.

It is in these vineyards gardens that the first pedestrian and cycling trail, of a wine tourism nature, was born in the Setúbal Península – the “Vineyards Garden Trail”.

Along its 11.5 km, between the vineyard and the cork oak forest, this trail offers a visit to discover the remarkable landscape of Fernando Pó. Walking through the vineyards, hear and observe the birds that have their habitat here.

This trail can be started in any of the wine cellars, is circular and it is possible to walk in either direction. With informative signs, it allows a safe walk along the indicated trails, where it is possible to get to know with the grape varieties characteristic of this wine region.

Associate the discovery of this trail with some wine notes that stimulate the senses, by making a guided visit to the wine cellars identified along this “Vineyards Garden Trail”.

Possible wineries to visit along the way: Casa Dupó, Casa Ermelinda Freitas, Fernão Pó Adega, Filipe Palhoça Wines, Quinta do Monte Alegre*, by prior reservation and with a price associated with the visit and wine tasting.
