Program: Introduction course to the world of wine, with a comprehensive theme covering the stages of the production process and tasting techniques. The course is taught by a sommelier from the Associação de Escanções de Portugal and includes a certificate of participation, with the participation of a guest winery from the Setúbal Peninsula. At the end there is lunch.
