It consists of an intense selection of bunches followed by a pre-fermentation maceration for 5 days, after which the fermentation is allowed to start very slowly, evenly throughout the vat, reaching ¾ of the fermentation in 3 days, benefiting this wine with the best wine spirits in this case Armagnac, followed by a 5-month post-fermentation maceration. The final stage is carried out in a 6000 liter barrel, where it is concentrated.
Dark topaz color Intense aroma, floral, spices and the evolution of round flavor, very soft and fresh. Very long aftertaste.
