Aging:
Aged in underground warehouses for 18 months.
Tasting Notes:
Garnet color. Aroma with very well combined notes of butter, ripe red/black fruit and some peppery notes. Voluminous in the mouth, complex and with persistent tannins, long aftertaste.
Gastronomy:
A good wine to accompany red meat, hare or partridge, and cold water fish such as cod, grouper or salmon. Also recommended to accompany intensely flavored cheeses with corn bread or rye bread.
