Description

Ageing:

8 to 10 months in American and French oak barrels, followed by 6 months in bottles.

Tasting Notes:

Grenade color. Dry fruits, spices and some vanilla. Soft in the mouth with very good tannins and structure. Pleasant after taste.

Gastronomy:

Hunting plates, grilled meat e cheese.
