Tasting Notes:

This rare, pale pink wine has an intense, rich aroma and complex, with floral and fruity notes like blueberries and raspberries. In the mouth these aromatic sensations are enhanced and intensified, that together with a good natural acidity, originate a wine with a full fial, very mineral, dry and fresh. Given its rarity, we can define it as elegant, rare and original.


Ideal served as an aperitif, or as an accompaniment to cold dishes such as ceviches, tartar and salads. It is a good accompaniment to soups, fish dishes and light dishes of meats. Given its body and aromatic complexity, it also accompanies very well with more spicy kitchens.
