Description

Aging:
6 months of aging with with fine lees in stainless steel Vats.
15 months in stainless steel until bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Of citrus color, with some fresh aroma of citrus fruit showing great complexity in the nose. In the mouth is an elegant wine with a vibrant acidity that conferes it some freshness, slightly vegetable, unctuous and somewhat mineral. Fresh and with a long finish.

Gastronomy:
An ideal wine to accompany vegetarian dishes, sushi, pasta, risottos, salads, seafood, grilled fish or in the oven and grilled white meats.
