It has a pale color. In the aroma the notes of white flowers stand out, as well as citric aromas with some complexity. In the mouth, again, floral notes, with a very fresh acidity, and some salinity.
An ideal wine to accompany vegetarian dishes, sushi, pasta, risottos, salads, seafood, grilled fish or in the oven and grilled white meats.
