Tasting Notes:
Beautifully yellow straw coloured. With vegetable, balsamic and empyreumatic aromas, it rekindles and rejoices our fragrance memory. In the mouth it’s elegant, fresh and deep, with a fruity finish, a sublime feeling that only a white wine born by the sea can make us experience.
Gastronomy:
In good company, this wine blends greatly with fish dishes, for its freshness and elegance. It’s a good partner for the noblest of cheeses.
