Aging in centenary 100 liter casks, where they rest on a mother over 100 years old.
Tasting Notes:
Topaz color with greenish reflections. Aroma of great power and intensity with notes of iodine, rust, brown icing, dates, as well as medicinal and balsamic touches. Full, dry wine (despite its 290 g/l of sugar), fresh and tense (given the 6.52 g/l of total acidity). Of great balance and personality and almost endless.
