Associação da Rota de Vinhos da Península de Setúbal / Costa Azul, hereinafter referred to as ARVPS/CA, recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of natural persons and processing of personal data, this document being produced based on the application of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulamento UE 2016/679, of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016).

The Privacy Policy ARVPS/CA informs about the treatment and typology of personal data, privacy practices and User rights on any ARVPS/CA support, such as promotional material, questionnaires, giveaways,, mailings, mobile apps or website www.rotavinhospsetubal.com, within the scope of the development of wine tourism activities and produtcs or services.

CONSENT

By accepting the Privacy Policy, the User declares to authorize the processing of Personal Data provided to ARVPS/CA, NIFC 505 543 745, with headquarters in Casa Mãe of the Rota de Vinhos, Largo de S. João Batista, 2950-248 Palmela, which are treated with a guarantee of security and confidentiality required by the legal framework.

The Personal Data collected by ARVPS/CA can be of different nature, the User having knowledge about the data collected, purpose and treatment. According to its ambit, ARVPS/CA collects information on name, date of birth, tax identification number, address, email address and mobile phone number.

Also collects information about the User’s hardware and software, as well as information about the pages visited within the website. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

The Privacy Policy can be changed, considering that they come into effect as of their placement on the website, with reference to the update date, as well as through a communication to the User’s email address. After the aforementioned communication, the continued use of the website or the mobile device application is considered to be in agreement with the changes.
