Aging:
30% of the wine aged in French oak barrels, and 70% in amphorae.
Tasting Notes:
Ruby color of medium intensity, fresh aroma with slightly fruity notes, light vegetal typical of the Trincadeira variety, with notes of well-matched toast. In the mouth it is an elegant, delicate and persistent wine.
Gastronomy:
It should be served at a temperature of 18ºC. It goes well with braised veal, meat roasts and spicy pasta. Longevity of 6 years.
