Tasting Notes:
Colour bright garnet-red. Aroma fine and complex, aromas of very ripe fruit mingling with notes of wood, without either dominating the other. Given time in the glass, other aromas become evident: cooked fruit and some subtle notes of spice. Varietal notes. Tasting note it has body and structure, to which the light touch of acidity and firm tannins give balance and harmony. The finish is also aromatic and complex, incorporating notes of very ripe fruit.

Soft cheeses and fine meat dishes.
