14 months in French oak casks and 6 months in bottle, at least.
Tasting Notes:
Colour deep garnet tones. Aroma plum and wild berries, combined with spices as black or green pepper. Perhaps some subtle notes of lavender. Palate very elegant, fresh, firm structure palate, but very polished and luxurious tannins. It is long and seductive. Will age with countless class.
Gastronomy:
Good combination with smoked and grilled dishes.
