Aging:
Aged for 2 months in Hungarian oak, 12 months in stainless steel tanks and 24 months in the bottle.
Tasting Notes:
It has a very open salmon colour, complex aromas of dried fruits, balsamic notes of mint and a slight vegetal component of rockrose. In the mouth it is intense with excellent freshness, amplitude and a very unctuous finish.
Gastronomy:
Goes well with oven-baked fish dishes, codfish à lagareiro, game birds.
