Aging:
Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels previously used to age Chardonnay wine.
Tasting notes:
Exuberant and very gastronomic wine. Full-bodied, with an intense golden color. The notes on the nose and mouth are very differentiated and complex, bringing surprise in the tasting. On the nose it presents aromas of stone fruits such as apricot and spicy notes such as nutmeg. In the mouth a mixture of mint, with exotic fruit, lychees, peach and citrus fruits. Wine with good acidity, which gives a lot of freshness. Very long aftertaste.
Gastronomy:
Recommended for dishes made with lots of spices from Asian cuisine (Indian, Thai, Chinese and Japanese), or robust fish and seafood dishes, such as stew, seafood pasta. Easy to pair with dishes made with pork.
