Aged for 12 months in Hungarian oak, 24 months in stainless steel tanks and 6 months in the bottle.
Tasting Notes:
It has a golden color with amber hues, complex aromas of dried fruits, fine spices, honey and rockrose, a slight toast on the palate and very fresh and austere vegetable nuances, with a broad, unctuous and intense finish.
Gastronomy:
Goes well with oven-baked fish dishes, Gomes de Sá style cod, game birds.
