Aging:
Fermentation is stopped with the addition of Cognac brandy. In wooden hulls absent. No bottle aging as it did not evolve after bottling.
Test results:
Amber color. Aroma apricot, yellow plum, apricot and orange zest. Taste of apricot, roasted hazelnut, very fresh and citrus, long and endless mouth. Very long finish.
