Tasting Notes:
It presents a ruby violet color, showing the liveliness of a young wine. The aromas of ripe red fruits and spices stand out in the nose. In the mouth it is noticeable the fruity profile, with notes of acorn and some toast giving a complex and exuberant profile, firm but round tannins, presenting a balanced, dense, full-bodied freshness and acidity and a persistent finish, resulting in an elegant wine, attractive and a remarkable gastronomic appetite.
Gastronomy:
A good accompaniment to tapas of fatty sausages and intense cheeses and a perfect combination for dishes of typical Portuguese cuisine, game meats, feijoada and Portuguese stew.
