Tasting Notes:
It holds a dark, intense ruby colour. Its aroma has a complex bouquet in which red fruits and moka and well combined with toasted wood notes. In the mouth, it has a balanced and lively acidity, confirming its aromas. This wine has volume and body, presenting an elegant and attractive ensemble with delicate tannins. The aftertaste is long, persistent and tasty with strong dark chocolate notes. Its gastronomic use is remarkable.

It is the ideal wine to drink with fatt, etc.y meats, codfish and octopus “Lagareiro” style. It also combines easily with hard cheeses, such as “Ilha”, “Grana”, “Emmental”, “Gruyère, etc.
