Tasting Notes:
It has a dark ruby colour. On the aroma has a bouquet of blackberry and red fruits. On the mouth presents a balanced acidity confirming the aromas. With some volume and body, presenting an elegant and attractive ensemble with smooth tannins. Medium afertaste, persistent and glutton, were ripe fruit stands out. Its gastronomic use is remarkable.
Gastronomy:
Ideal to pair with meat dishes, codfish or simple gourmet canned fish. It also pairs really well with cheeses (dry or buttery).
