Ageing:
24 months in French oak barrels, then 10 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes:
Colour deep grnet. Enormous complexity and depth. It presents notes of black plum and forest’s fruits, conjugated with spices (black pepper), accompanied by notes of mediterranean vegetation. Very elegant on palate, with firm but polished taninic structure. The oak notes, typical of the long aging period, add an extra complexity that defines it and offers storage potential. Long and seductive finish. We recommend decantation.
