Tasting Notes:
It presents a ruby red colour with hints of violet. Fresh on the nose, with reminiscent aromas of red and black fruit, together with floral hints. Round and juicy in the mouth, with firm but polished tannins conferring its elegance. It delivers a lingering finish, seductive and complex, which emphasises its fruits and cheerfulness
Gastronomy:
An ideal wine for white meat dishes or game meat with spicy condiments. It also could be an elegant combination with lean fish, but we leave it to your imagination.
Good combination with cheese, jam and cottage cheese with pumpkin jam, creating the perfect end to a pleasant and harmonious meal.
