Aging:
Aged in underground warehouses for 40 months.
Tasting Notes:
Garnet color. Aroma of ripe red and black fruits, some jam, evolving into spices and chocolate. In the mouth it is very full and velvety with very well integrated tannins. Long, elegant and persistent finish.
Gastronomy:
A red wine for a memorable meal. Ideal to accompany roasted meats such as kid, lamb, turkey, goose or roast beef or any grilled meat such as Costeletão de Vaca, Parrilha or Picanha. Also recommended to accompany intensely flavored sheep or goat cheeses.
