Then, the wine is matured for 12 months in French oak barrels and a few months in bottles.
It’s a wine with a deep red garnet color. With aromas of currants, myrtle, blackberries, a slight taste of floral violets, diverse spices and with a toasted taste. The wine is smooth in the mouth with round tannins, nice structure and great persistence.
It should be served at a temperature of 16-18ºC, preferentially with red meat and cream cheese.
