Description

Ageing:

4 months in French and American oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:

Colour ruby. While young it has a strong aroma of red berries and new oak. Later, it develops in to dry fruits, chocolate, spices and coffee aroma.Soft in the mouth with very good tannins and structure. Pleasant after taste with prolonged persistence.

Gastronomy:

Hunting plates, grilled meat e cheese.
