Aged in French and American oak barrels for 4 months.
Tasting Notes:
It presents an intense garnet color, an aroma of ripe wild berries, jam, complexed with notes of wood. The soft taste, with good structure and velvety tannins, ends with a long aftertaste with hints of vanilla, coffee and some chocolate notes.
Gastronomy:
It goes well with all grilled meat dishes, game and cured sheep’s cheese.
