Tasting Notes:
It is a shiny wine with a surprising, but attractive, orange shade. It has citrus and fresh floral notes in its aroma. In the mouth it is exceptionally fresh and acidic with a strong fruity flavour and some sweetness which makes it expressive and suitable to be drunk on its own or with light summer meals. In the end it has a structured and persistent flavor.
Gastronomy:
It is the ideal wine to drink with sushi, pasta and pizzas, along with shellfish (crab, prawns, etc.) and the traditional Portuguese dish, grilled sardines, which balances perfectly with the freshness of this wine.
