Aging:
Arinto fermented and aged on fine lees in stainless steel vats, while Verdelho finished fermentation in used barrels and aged in those same barrels for 3 months.
Tasting Notes:
Clean in appearance and citrine in color. Blackberries with lemon blossom, citrus, passion fruit. Flavor with lively and balanced acidity, long aftertaste.
