12 months in French oak with Batônnage, then 6 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes:
Colour yellow straw with intense golden reflexes. Notes of nuts such as almonds and hazelnuts, combine with the sublime wooden notes. Great volume in mouth without saturating the palate. Its softness is due to the long period in barrels, which makes this wine delicate, elegant with some salinity highlighted at the end of the mouth.

Perfect to pairing with codfish and white meats dishes.
