Tasting Notes:
Of a golden yellow color, with a greenish tinge, and complex aromas revealing fruity characteristics and notes of passion fruit, grapefruit and apricot, floral characteristics such as linden flower and honey. In the mouth; elegant and with great depth, with a strong structure and body.

Strong flavoured fish dishes or game bird. Also Azeitão cheese.
